RunningRings offers two methods of obtaining your size, a printable sizing tool and a Free Sizer tool.  All you have to do is request one and RunningRings will send you one free of charge. Limit one per address please. These options can be found under the Sizing button dropdown selections.

Please note that due to the RunningRing being a Wide ring sizes typically run ½ size larger than measured.  Regardless,  if you are not happy with your fit you are always able to exchange for the next available size to meet your need.
